Research On The Contemporary Museum Design From Application Of Traditional Chinese Garden Space Creation Idea

Contemporary museums have important social value and cultural significance for cities,and museum architecture helps to shape the regional cultural characteristics,thus strengthening people’s cultural self-confidence.As the educational and ornamental purposes of museums are further strengthened,the architectural design of museum also pays more and more attention to the cultural and spatial experience of visitors in museums.As a traditional Chinese architectural art form,the traditional Chinese garden embodies the rich connotation of traditional culture.In terms of cultural expression and cultural experience,the traditional garden space creation idea is in line with the focus of contemporary museums.Therefore,by exploring the connection between the traditional Chinese garden space creation idea and the contemporary museum design,we can have a clearer understanding of the cultural connotation and operation mode of the traditional Chinese garden space,and a more specific and material understanding of the relationship between the museum and the traditional Chinese garden in cultural expression and space creation,at the same time,it is of great significance to summarize and extract the corresponding museum design strategies.Taking the traditional Chinese garden space creation idea as an angle and means,this paper makes a comparative analysis of museums and traditional gardens from three aspects of space organization,visual shaping and situational creation,and puts forward several possible ways of museum architectural culture expression and space creation,in order to explore the possibility of traditional Chinese garden space creation idea in dealing with the problems of contemporary museum design,and expects to take this as the basis to discuss the strategy of museum architectural design.Firstly,this paper makes a brief but in-depth elaboration and analysis on the creation idea of traditional Chinese garden space from three aspects: space view,aesthetic view and situational view.Then,according to the characteristics of space design reflected in the traditional Chinese garden space creation idea,combined with the current situation and development trend of contemporary museum architecture,this paper puts forward the assumption and inference of the design ideas of space organization,visual shaping and situational creation.Subsequently,this paper takes it as the basis for the research on the design strategy of museum architecture,and constructs the design framework of three aspects,space organization,visual modeling and situational creation of museum.Finally,through the analysis and interpretation of contemporary museum examples,this paper explores the feasibility of several design ideas as design strategies in museum design and the specific operation methods.
