| The concept of energy conservation,emission reduction and green development are advocated by our country,and the innovative design of LED consumer products,which is devoted much attention by new light source industry,is becoming an important method to explore new markets and increase the value and competitiveness of products.With the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of human dem and for material life,the research of innovation and practicability of new light source products will be paid more attention.Applying the concept and technology of optical simulation analysis into the product design and development process can effectively improve the scientific and practicability of light source product design,and increase the user satisfaction in the later stage of application and the market competitiveness of products.At present,there are still some problems in the design of new light source products.Designers do not take good advantages of the characteristics and technical advantages of LED,and lack of consideration of the further application of lighting products,which mainly including the following aspects:(1)By following the design ideas and methods of traditional light source,the product features and appearance are very similar to traditional light source,and failure in achieve a real breakthrough design by making good use of the advantages and characteristics of the new light source technology;(2)Lacking of researching the characteristic of new light source products,the divorce between the product design and the illumination design makes a huge different between the design scenario and the actual lighting effect.(3)Due to the factor that domestic LED enterprises are generally lack of industrial design team,and industrial designers are generally lack of the understanding of LED technology,the discrepancy between original design and the final manufacturing is quite obvious.This study proposes a design method of new light source product based on optical simulation analysis.Through the simulation of the use environment of the new light source products,and according to the light distribution parameter and lighting properties of a specific light,the illumination effect can be simulated and calculated,which can be used to determine the best lighting position and angle,and product prototype to guide the industrial design of the lighting product is achieved.This optical simulation based design method can also be used to verify the rationality of the existing design scheme and products,and can be used to find out the problems in product design and make suggestions for improvement.A reading and writing table lamp studied as an example to carry out the analysis and design based on optical simulation.The main work includes:(1)Through the study and analysis of the scenario of the reading and writing table lamp,and according to the reasonable size of the desk based on ergonomic theory,the illumination environment for reading and writing table lamp is built in DIALux and the scene modeling is completed.(2)Regarding to the corresponding national standard,ergonomics criterion and so on,the optical performance standards of the reading and writing table lamp is determined.(3)Through the optical simulated calculation and analysis,and the optical performance standards of the reading and writing table lamp,the simulated calculation of reading and writing table lamp is carried out,and the product prototype expression is achieved.(4)Deepen design is made based on the prototype,and the final design is evaluated based on the optical simulation to verify the optical performance and the feasibility of the design method proposed in this study. |
