In recent years,more and more attention are being paid to the combination of theory and practice in the cultivation of students' scientific research ability.To improve students' research ability,Colleges and universities are developing various types of experiment rig to allow students to participate in the design and experimental research process.This article is writed to meet such practical needs.The experimental rig designed in this paper can be used not only for postgraduate practice teaching,but also as a comprehensive experimental platform for scientific research of HVAC.After calculation,this paper finally built a dynamic artificial environment experiment rig.First,find the research direction of the experiment rig,determine its uses and design the systems' physical parameters.This experiment rig consists two independent systems: The all-air system and roof radiant and underfloor air distribution air conditioning system;Indoor temperature of the all-air system is designed from-5? to 40?,the roof radiant and underfloor air distribution air conditioning system is from 10? to 40?,the relative humidity can reach 20% to 95%.Then,according to designing parameters,the two systems are separately calculated by empirical formula.Finally,the equipment selection,air duct calculation,hydraulic calculation and radiation related calculations of the experiment rig are completed;The duct pipe and automatic control valve layout are also designed;At last,the dynamic artificial environment experiment rig was successfully built and the performance test was completed.The results of the test show that the parameters of the experiment rig can reach the design target,and it runs normally,meeting the needs of scientific research.Based on this experiment rig,the experimental research on human thermal comfort in two different indoor environments was designed to verify its feasibility.The experimental results show that: Firstly,compared with the all-air system,the roof radiant and underfloor air distribution air conditioning system is more evenly,and the indoor thermal environment of the latter is more comfortable.Secondly,when the indoor temperature is suitable,and the humidity maintained between 40% and 58%,the human body feels more comfortable;Thirdly,the roof radiant and underfloor air distribution air conditioning system obviously improve the thermal comfort of the legs and feet.The experiment results of this research provides a reference for building a good indoor environment in the future,and it also proves that this experiment rig can meet the needs of scientific research.This experiment rig integrates intuitiveness,interactivity,feasibility,authenticity and flexibility.It combines theoretical research with practical application and provides a good platform for scientific research.It has changed the traditional theoretical research teaching mode and enriched the practical experiment rig of HVAC.
