Along with the improvement of medical technology and living standards, and the development of science, the use of antibiotics continues to increase, and the formation of a large number of drug-resistant strains caused by antibiotic residues has become one of the hot issues recognized in the world. At this stage, antibiotics,as a new type of environmental pollutant, can seriously threaten human health through the means of transmission.Up to now,the high-speed rail has rapidly promoted the development of the railway industry, and the research report on the correlation of the migration of antibiotics in the high-speed rail wastewater treatment system process is still lacking. Therefore, the residual characteristics of antibiotics in sewage from high-speed rail toilets have become the focus of research at this stage. This thesis systematically investigated the degradation of macrolides and quinolone antibiotics in various units of the sewage treatment system in Beijing EMU,and analyzed the correlation between these two major antibiotics in the degradation process and conventional indicators. On this basis, the relationship between the two major types of antibiotics and some characteristic indicators in water was initially discussed. The following results were obtained:(1)Through the investigation of high-speed rail toilet wastewater, among the 12 macrolide antibiotic target substances,7 were detected in the Beijing EMU.The detection rate of two substances, clarithromycin and azithromycin,is as high as 84%?100%.Among the 16 quinolone antibiotic target substances,9 were detected in the Beijing EMU.Among them, the detection rate of ofloxacin is as high as 84%-100%.In comparison, macrolide antibiotics have higher degradation efficiency, but the stability of quinolones is higher from the influent components, and the contribution of different units to the same antibiotics is different. The indicators are related, and there is a correlation between them.(2)The risk quotient method was used to assess the antibiotics in the Beijing EMU,and the anaerobic toxicity analysis was carried out.The final research results showed that the high-risk antibiotics in the high-speed rail were ciprofloxacin(RQs>1);The risk of antibiotics is norfloxacin and roxithromycin(0.1?RQs<1).The four types of antibiotics, erythromycin, azithromycin, clarithromycin and spiramycin, have a certain inhibitory effect on methanogens. In controlling the discharge of antibiotics at the source,it is necessary to enhance the study of the discharge of antibiotics into river sediments and the environmental behavior of antibiotics, and to screen out high-risk antibiotics.
