As the vital component in the moving parts of the EMU,the axle directly affects the safety and comfort of the vehicle.With the improvement of the running speed of the EMU,people pay more and more attention to its reliability.During the operation of the vehicle line,various factors affect the vibration and fatigue life of the axle,which deteriorates the operating conditions of the axle and causes different degrees of damage to the axle.Based on the dynamic software SIMPACK and the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the dynamic response of the axle under different working conditions and the dynamic stress response of the axle are analyzed and calculated.The main research contents are summarized as follows:(1)The finite element model of the axle was established.The substructure analysis and modal analysis were completed in ANSYS,and the natural frequency and mode shape of the axle within 1000 Hz were obtained.(2)Established the vehicle model of China Standard EMU in the dynamic software,and introduced the flexible body model considering the elasticity of the axle,and set several different working conditions according to the actual situation,adding the Wuguang line spectrum as the external stimulus.Disturbed,and completed the verification of the model,while analyzing the vibration characteristics of the flexible axle.(3)The kinetic results of different speed grades,different curve radii,different wind speeds,different order polygons and different lengths of flat boring conditions are calculated,and analyzed and statistically analyzed in the time domain and in the frequency domain.Under the working conditions,the dynamics index changes with the working conditions,and its safety indicators are counted,which provides a reference for safe operation under relevant working conditions.(4)The dangerous interface of the axle is calculated according to the relevant standards.The dynamic stress results of the dangerous interface of the axle under several different working conditions are calculated by the modal superposition method in SIMPACK,and the S-N curve is combined with the SN curve.The Miner linear cumulative damage theory calculates the equivalent stress amplitude and the damage value of the dangerous section of the axle under different working conditions,and analyzes the influence of different factors on the axle fatigue reliability.Through the above calculations,the analysis of the factors affecting the CR400 axle vibration and fatigue life is completed,which provides a reference for in-depth study of the structural vibration and fatigue reliability factors and safety of the EMU.This article altogether has 83 maps,52 tables and 50 references.
