Rolling rotor compressor has become the mainstream of household air-conditioning compressor because of its compact structure,light weight,low vibration,low noise and excellent balance performance.The swing compressor with its twin structure inherits its advantages and has higher pressure capacity and volumetric efficiency.In recent years,the application has been increasing.However,there is a common disadvantage both of them.The existence of exhaust valve not only limits the life of closed compressor,but also makes it difficult to guarantee reliability,worse frequency conversion performance and increases noise.Therefor,the double-cylinder swing compressors with no valves presented in this paper is designed on the basis of the previous single-cylinder swing compressors with no valves.It not only retains the advantages of the traditional swing compressor,but also successfully removes the exhaust'valve as the previous generation of products.At the same time,it adopts double cylinder structure,which has better dynamic balance and better frequency conversion performance.In this paper,the structure and working principle of double-cylinder swing compressors with no valves are introduced in detail.The compressor's working process is simulated by numerical method,and the corresponding mathematical models ware established for the leakage in the compressor.The maximum leakage position of the compressor is 64.43%at both ends of the rotor,followed by the radial clearance leakage of 19.05%.The main reason is that the cylinder height of the double cylinder compressor is lower.The theoretical volumetirc efficiency of the compressor is 0.864.The mathematical model of friction losses of the relative moving parts of the compressor are established and numerical simulation is carried out.The results show that the friction loss of the compressor eccentric bearing is 46.04%,28.96%at the two bearings,and 16.32%between the rotor and the swing blade.The theoretical mechanical efficiency of the compressor is 0.882.Finally,the lubrication system of the compressor was simulated by using commercial CFD software Fluent,the analysis results show that the lubrication system can run reliably.And increasing of rotational speed and properly increasing the oil groove section area can help to improve the flow of lubricating oil.This paper lays a foundation for the further optimization design and development of this type of compressor.
