Dam safety monitoring is an effective means and method for people to understand the operation and safety of dams.Although many earth-rock dam safety monitoring facilities have been relatively complete,dam-break accidents still occur.The problem is that monitoring facilities are generally designed without pertinence and are often evenly distributed.In fact,the location is not the place where the danger or danger occurs,or even far from each other.Often,monitoring data fail to reflect anomalies.Monitoring facilities can not effectively monitor potential safety hazards,and it is difficult to accurately reflect the local safety behavior of earth-rockfill dams(mainly the potential risk areas),so there are larger risks.Therefore,this paper studies the safety monitoring of earth-rock dam based on risk analysis technology to reduce its risk.The main research work is as follows:(1)Collect the data of the operation and management status of the earth-rock dam safety monitoring in Jiangxi Province,analyze and put forward the existing problems and shortcomings,It is helpful to enhance the pertinence of monitoring facilities embedding;(2)The risk analysis technique is used to find the risk points and main failure modes,especially the path of dam break.By comparing the analysis methods,it is concluded that FMECA is suitable for this paper,In order to find the monitorable method from the path of dam break;(3)Select reservoirs whose risks have been informed(or specified)and set up safety monitoring facilities for risk conditions.If the dam has monitoring facilities,the existing facilities are optimized,and the principles,methods and requirements of optimization are put forward;(4)Optimizing monitoring facilities of Shima Reservoir based on risk analysis technology,Obtain the improved monitoring data(improved one year ago)and demonstrate the improved monitoring technology with nondestructive detection technology.
