The more conventional treatment processes in the water treatment industry include: mixing,flocculation,filtration,and disinfection.Among them,flocculation plays an important role in the water treatment process.The quality of the flocculation effect directly determines the quality of the effluent water,so the research on flocculation is Particularly important.The traditional flocculation theory is based on the conditions of laminar flow.In the actual flocculation reaction,the fluid state of the fluid in the clarification tank is not laminar,and the turbulent flow is the main part.The interpretation of flocculation by the traditional coagulation theory has limitations.The internal flow distribution of the clarifier plays an important role in the formation of flocs,but the current distribution cannot be obtained.In recent years,with the updating of computer hardware,the computing power has been continuously improved.Many scholars have begun to use CFD numerical simulation to simulate and simulate various complex practical problems.We can use the numerical simulation method to analyze the flow field inside the microvortex flocculation clarifier.By adding the micro-vortex generator made by ourselves to the flocculation clarifier to change the internal flow field,the micro-vortex generator is added to the convection field.Impact.The micro-vortex generator of this subject is composed of a cross plate and a grid bar.By changing the diameter of the grid bar,the height of the grid bar,the density of the grid bar and the inlet velocity,the numerical simulation is carried out,and the evaluation index of the relevant numerical simulation is obtained.Speed cloud map,velocity vector map,turbulent energy cloud map,turbulent energy dissipation rate cloud map,trace map,etc.The specific content is as follows:(1)Discussion on the application of coagulation dynamics mechanism and numerical analysis method of computational fluid dynamics in grid flocculation tank(2)The ICEM CFD software builds a model,divides the mesh,and FLUENT solves the different models and obtains the simulation results.(3)Exploring the diameter of the grid,the length of the grid,the number of grids,and the change of velocity,the influence on the internal flow field of the clarifier,through the numerical simulation evaluation indicators: turbulent energy k,turbulent dissipation rate,vortex velocity gradient G,The vortex scale determines the optimal hydraulic conditions in the selected model.After determining the optimal water conservancy conditions by numerical evaluation index and cloud map and vector diagram,the optimal conditions and the coagulation experiment without the cross bar are carried out,and the effluent turbidity is used to judge the flocculation effect.
