Changes and improvements in energy consumption of electric vehicles is conducive to promoting the development of energy conservation and emission reduction,and promoting the development and utilization of new green energy sources.This is of great significance for economic restructuring,ecological balance,and sustainable social development.The research and development of electric vehicle is inseparable from the help of science and technology.The driving motor system is an important and indispensable part of electric vehicle and involves the core technology of electric vehicle research and development.In this paper,research subject is the design and optimization of the control system of electric vehicle driving motor.Based on the research and development of electric vehicle drive motor and its control system,the advantages and disadvantages of the control method are analyzed.The electric vehicle driving motor control system is designed,and the analysis of direct torque control system and simulation model of vector control system is improved.The simulation and optimization measures of control system can be used as reference for the future research of electric vehicle driving motor control system.First of all,after comparing the performance of various electric vehicle drive motors,considering that the permanent magnet synchronous motor has small size,low consumables,cost saving,high power density,fast response,and control flexibility and other advantages,the permanent magnet synchronous motor is selected as the research object and the relevant mathematical models of the motor are established.Secondly,discussing the control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the direct torque control method and vector control method have their own advantages and disadvantages respectively.The comparative analysis of the two methods lays a foundation for the optimization of electric vehicle driving motor control system.Then,electric vehicle drive motor control system is designed,and it is mainly divided into two parts.The hardware design mainly includes controller selection,motor drive component selection and circuit design,signal detection component selection and circuit design,power supply component selection and circuit design and communication link circuit design.The software design mainly includes motor stator phase.Current,rotor position and speed data acquisition,PWM and vector control,and CAN bus communication.Finally,based on the simulation model of motor direct torque control and motor vector control,two kinds of control methods are comprehensively analyzed,and optimization and improvement scheme of the drive motor control system is proposed.The space vector pulse modulation technology is applied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system.The advantage of this technology enables the direct torque control mode to obtain more continuous voltage space vector for more precise drive motor control.
