At present,diesel engine is used as propulsion power source for track motor vehicle.When operating in the tunnel,there are some problems,such as loud noise and pollution from exhaust gas.On one hand,health of workers will be harmed,on the other hand,operation efficiency and quality will be lowered.Hybrid propulsion power track motor vehicle is featured with cleanness,low noise,environment-protectiveness,which is the solution to solve the problem of emission pollution of diesel locomotive in tunnel.The paper expoundes hybrid propulsion power track motor vehicle developed by Baoji CRRC Times Engineering Machinery Co.,Ltd.and introduces the technical proposal of the vehicle electric system.track motor vehicleThe paper mainly researches the following issues:(1)The paper expoundes main technical features,technical parameters and electric equipment layout of hybrid propulsion power track motor vehicle by taking the vehicle as research object.The paper also finished type selection and performance calculation of starting battery,propulsion battery,traction motors,traction convertor,traction generator set,air conditioner,electric heaters,auxiliary generator set by taking the electric system of the vehicle as research object.(2)Taking electrical system of hybrid propulsion track motor vehicle as the main study object,the paper designed electric system in detail,finished DC supply proposal of DC electrical system,control proposal of diesel engine,driver's console manipulation,power supply mode switch,traction protection control and control proposal of auxiliary equipment.(3)Taking electrical system of hybrid propulsion track motor vehicle as the main study object,the paper finished the design of DC electric system schematic of the whole vehicle and integrated driver's console.
