With the increase of railway running speed and traffic density,the demand for engineering vehicles increases.At present,there is little research work on traction braking calculation of Engineering vehicles.In this study,the traction calculation of engineering vehicles will be studied deeply,and the traction calculation system of engineering vehicles will be designed and developed.1、This research is based on a certain type of overhaul engineering vehicle for catenary.Fully understand the current development situation at home and abroad,referring to the principle of train traction calculation,this paper studies the principle of traction calculation of Engineering vehicle,and analyses the stress situation of Engineering vehicle,including traction force,braking force,resistance and force under different working conditions,determines the relationship between the parameters,and obtains the calculation method.2、Based on the analysis of three different operation strategies of the engineering vehicle,considering that it can shorten the running time of the engineering vehicle and produce less energy consumption,it is concluded that the engineering vehicle will adopt the optimal operation strategy.Linear interpolation method is used to calculate the active current corresponding to different speeds of Engineering vehicles.The speed change of engineering vehicle in idle operation is recorded by experiment,and the unit resistance formula is obtained by least square fitting.3、Based on the mechanics model of Engineering vehicle,the single-particle model is computed with the fastest running strategy by using the existing data of engineering vehicle type and simulating the data of a section of line.By comparing the single-particle model with the multi-particle model,the system adopts the multi-particle traction calculation model,and designs the flow chart of simulation algorithm for engineering vehicle under different working conditions.In this paper,the method of reverse recurrence is used to determine the brake point,which is a key point in traction calculation.4、This system improves the existing traction calculation system of Engineering vehicle.At present,the existing calculation system can only simulate the traction characteristic curve.The improved traction calculation system has more complete functions and improves the calculation efficiency.Based on the multi-particle model,the traction calculation simulation of the engineering vehicle can be completed by mixing the software C#and Matlab.The running program calculates various parameters,including running speed,running time,running resistance,unit resultant force,traction weight and so on.This system can get simulation curve and simulation data according to specific line data and vehicle parameters.5、Based on the known data of a catenary overhaul engineering vehicle and the specific data of the line from Wuwei Station to Wuwei South Station of Lanxin Line Interval Station,the traction calculation simulation trial calculation is carried out.The system calculates and analyses the data of slope and curve sections of the line,and obtains the data results of the interval operation.Then the single particle model is used to calculate by hand,and the running time data obtained are compared with the data calculated by the system.It is reasonable to use multi-particle model for traction calculation in this system.
