With the increasing mileage of railway construction in China,the number of production office houses along the railway is also increasing,and the problem of roof leakage is becoming more and more prominent.For railway enterprises,the leakage prevention of“four electric" houses is even more important.It is a house that provides equipment protection for communication,signal,traction power supply and electric power,Indoor driving signal communication equipment is the heart of the railway security operation,Once the rainwater leakage occurs in the house,it may cause the electric circuit in the house to be short-circuited,resulting in the burning of the communication equipment,which seriously endangers the safety of the railway and causes irreparable consequences.Therefore,how to effectively prevent the leakage of production office buildings along the railway line is an urgent problem to be solved by the railway housing construction management department.This paper takes the roof leakage of the houses in the jurisdiction of the Wuwei housing section of Lanzhou Railway Bureau as the background,Through the on-the-spot investigation of the houses in the station area,the various leakage phenomena of the roof are analyzed and studied from the aspects of housing structure design,waterproof material use,construction technology level and construction quality management,A convenient and economical treatment measure for various leakage phenomena is proposed,and it is applied in the roof leakage maintenance project of some jurisdictions in this section.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The roof leakage of the water-repellent waterproof layer is caused by the leakage of the protective layer,the loss of water-repellent powder and the cracking of the daughter wall.The sealing paste is used to seal the gap,And repairing the protective layer and re-laying the flooding method,Practical application has achieved good results.In the future construction,it is also possible to use a reinforced concrete protective layer and a flexible waterproof layer for prevention;(2)Leakage in roof gutters and trenches is caused by backwater accumulation and improper sealing.It adopts the method of adding waterproof additional layer and slope control to prevent and control,and the practical application effect is better;(3)Roof leakage caused by solar showers is caused by damage to the support,The method of adding a cushion pad between the support and the waterproof layer or increasing the bearing surface of the support,and repairing the damaged waterproof layer,has good practice effect;(4)Leakage on the waterproof layer is caused by the absence of a drip line on the parapet wall,the cracking of the waterproof layer,and the opening of the joint,The method of improving the construction quality requires re-laying the waterproof layer,adding the exhaust pipe and adding additional layers in the floodplain of the parapet wall,and the practical application effect is better;(5)Roof concrete crack leakage is caused by improper construction and climatic temperature difference,Adopting standard construction operation,cement mortar grouting and adding waterproof protective layer method to prevent and control,the practical application effect is better;(6)Leakage at the roof pipe is caused by damage to the waterproof layer in the later stage,The method of re-manufacturing the embedded pipeline and increasing the pre-buried height of the pipeline and the precision of the interface construction is controlled,Through the drainage test,the flow of the roof nozzle is smooth,and the leakage of the nozzle is cured.
