With the expansion of a large number of on-board intelligent equipment and industrial control network,the data type and quantity transmitted by train communication network are increasing.Traditional fieldbus technology has been difficult to meet the increasing high-speed and high-bandwidth requirements of train communication network.Because of its advantages of high bandwidth,low cost,fast speed and good compatibility,Ethernet has been more and more widely used in industrial control network,and it has gradually become a new development trend of train communication network.High bandwidth and high speed are the key problems for the application of Ethernet in train communication network.Starting from these two aspects,this thesis solves this problem by introducing AXI bus technology and train real-time data protocol.The main research contents and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)Deeply understand the train real-time data protocol TRDP,and take the process data as the main research content.By comparing various train communication network protocols,this thesis proposes the bottleneck of the communication rate of the Ethernet network card based on the train real-time data protocol.(2)Aiming at the problem of Ethernet communication rate and bandwidth,a method combining advanced extensible interface AXI bus with general computer bus VME bus and train real-time data protocol is proposed to improve the bandwidth and communicat-ion rate of Ethernet card.(3)Designing and implementing the Ethernet network card based on TRDP,which reduces the probability of signal waveform distortion under high-speed data transmission through signal integrity analysis,ensures the feasibility of high-speed data transmission,and ensures the performance of high-speed communication with AXI bus and VME bus technology in software.Complete the function test of each part of the veneer.(4)Designing the experimental platform.Design a solution based on embedded real-time train data protocol equipment,build hardware development environment,transplant and compile TRDP communication program on embedded development platform,design backplane communication logic VME bus protocol and AXI bus protocol with field programmable gate array,and base on hardware,software and experimental platform.The Ethernet card carries out equipment debugging test to verify the high-speed communication performance of the Ethernet card.
