As urban rail transit becomes one of the main modes of public transportation in large and medium-sized cities in China,once the urban rail transit network is interrupted,it will lead to a decline in the line capacity of rail transit,causing widespread chaos and significant productivity loss.In particular,the interruption of passengers during peak hours will inevitably lead to a large number of passengers staying in the station,posing a major safety hazard to the operation of urban rail transit and passenger safety.When the urban rail transit interruption response level is too high to solve by the system's own operation adjustment,we need to consider the road traffic resources,the most important of which is the bus resources.To this end,this paper proposes a bus emergency response service based on the optimization method,which considers the passenger flow demand when the train is interrupted,and responds to the disruptions of the urban rail transit by introducing the public transportation resources of the road to minimize the delay of the passenger flow in the disruption.The main contents of the paper are as follows:1.Train operation interruption scenario construction and passenger flow analysisThe concept of urban rail transit disruption as the theoretical support for the construction of interruption scenes is described.For the specific interrupted area structure,combined with the actual disposal operation of the subway operation organization,including long-short route operation,single-line two-way operation,and over-the-station,etc.,we divide the affected line segments,and then complete the construction of the running interrupt scenario.2.Analysis of passenger flow behavior under interruptionIn this paper,the space-time characteristics of the passenger flow in the rail transit network under normal conditions is analyzed.And the AFC(Automatic Fare Collection System)data is used to quantitatively describe the passenger flow characteristics of the affected line.The affected passenger flow is determined by the passenger flow distribution behavior analysis of the affected segments of line,which is based on the construction of the train operation interruption scenario.Taking the affected passenger flow as the research object,based on the distribution law under the interruption,the passenger OD distribution ratio of the large passenger distributing center is studied.Finally,the SPSS data analysis software and Excel data processing software are used to complete the quantification of the affected OD passenger flow,and provide the passenger flow data foundation for the scheme generation of bus bridging services.3.The construction of bus connection network and the generation of bridging planIn response to the demand of the bus bridging passenger flow in different interrupted operation scenarios,the construction of the bus emergency connection network is completed.This paper aims for the shortest travel delay of all the passengers to build a column generation model of the bus bridging route optimization,which considers the constraints such as the closed loop of the line,the limited bus resources in the interrupted section,and the conservation of the traffic within the network.Combining with the demand of passenger flow,the number of bus vehicles used is calculated by the path dynamic section passenger flow.Thereby the generation of the bus emergency bridging scheme under the interruption is completed.Finally,taking the operation interruption accident of Guangzhou urban rail transit as an example,the model and algorithm proposed in this paper are used to generate the corresponding emergency bus bridging plan under the interruption scenario.Then,the verifying the validity of the model is verified by comparing the travel time delay of the optimized paths with that of the original travel path.The results show that the optimization scheme can greatly reduce the passenger travel delay,which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed optimization model and algorithm.
