| Fresh produce has become a necessity in People’s Daily life.In addition to enriching People’s Daily diet structure,people’s requirements on agricultural products are also improving,especially on the delivery time and quality of fresh agricultural products.Due to the characteristics of fresh agricultural products that are difficult to keep fresh for a long time at room temperature and the immature development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China,many problems have been highlighted in the process of cold chain logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products in China,which are mainly manifested as high transportation cost and failure to deliver goods on time.Therefore,considering the constraints of time window and temperature,it is of great practical significance to study the distribution path optimization problem aiming at minimizing the transportation cost of fresh agricultural products,so as to increase enterprise profits and improve customer satisfaction.Faced with the current problems of high cost and low customer satisfaction in the distribution process of fresh agricultural products,this paper analyzes various costs in the distribution process and establishes an optimization model of fresh agricultural products distribution path considering time window.And the C-W saving algorithm suitable for this model is selected by comparing the solving methods.During the cost analysis,the various costs in the distribution process are comprehensively analyzed,including the fixed cost of the delivery vehicle,the transportation cost,the damage cost of fresh agricultural products in the distribution process,the energy cost due to refrigeration consumption and the penalty cost beyond the customer’s time window in the distribution process.Thus,the generalized comprehensive transportation total cost is obtained.In the modeling process,not only the various costs are taken into account,but also the potential impacts of various costs are taken into account,and the various costs are given different weights.In this paper,the actual situation of Q enterprise is taken as the analysis sample,and a simple calculation example is summarized.The distribution scheme after the optimization of distribution path and the saving algorithm are adopted to solve the calculation example,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the model established in this paper.The distribution path optimization scheme is obtained by considering various costs in transportation and their different potential values.The data results show that the distribution path optimization scheme is better than the one before the distribution path optimization in terms of total transportation cost,vehicle load rate and customer satisfaction rate.According to the comparative analysis of the results before and after the optimization of the distribution path,Q enterprises should scientifically and rationally use refrigerated vehicles and improve the utilization efficiency of refrigerated vehicles in the future distribution of fresh agricultural products.Choose good and perfect refrigerating equipment and improve unloading speed to reduce damage;with good service attitude and create a corporate image,improve customer satisfaction. |
