With the appearance of new power electronic switch devices represented by silicon carbide,switching power supply is developing towards more high frequency and miniaturization.As an important part of isolated DC/DC converter in switching power supply,high frequency transformer plays an important role in energy transmission,voltage conversion and circuit isolation.With the increasing of working frequency,the volume and weight of transformer decrease and the power density increases.At the same time,the influence of distribution parameters at high frequency on the circuit performance of transformer becomes more and more obvious.Therefore,it is very important to establish appropriate transformer model,extract distribution parameters,analyze the influence of distribution parameters on transformer circuits and deal with distribution parameters.This paper mainly do the following several aspects.(1)The equivalent circuit model of distribution parameters of high-frequency transformer is established,and a high-frequency transformer is designed and wound by AP algorithm for practical calculation and measurement.(2)Two methods of determining distribution parameters are presented : numerical method and actual measurement method.The influence of leakage inductance and distributed capacitance on the circuit performance of high frequency transformer is analyzed,the concrete method to reduce the distribution parameter is given,and the rationality of the solution is verified by Maxwell.(3)The numerical results of the leakage inductance and the distributed capacitance determined by the distributed parameter calculation and measurement method are compared,and the equivalent circuit schematic diagram is established in Matlab/Simulink to simulate and analyze the distribution parameters of the high-frequency transformer.The influence of distribution parameters on transformer output waveform is obtained.Some key problems of high frequency transformer are studied,The influence of distribution parameters on transformer circuit performance is analyzed,the determination of distribution parameter and the concrete method of reducing distribution parameter are given effectively,which provides a good theoretical indication for transformer design.
