In recent years,China's transportation industry has developed rapidly and the transportation system has become more and more perfect.As a key node in the route planning,the bridge will be affected by multiple factors such as vehicle load and external environment during use,which will cause a certain degree of damage to the bridge structure,which will inevitably lead to a decline in structural load carrying capacity.Therefore,regular and regular maintenance,reinforcement and technical transformation of the bridge structure can effectively ensure the good working condition of the bridge structure and ensure the safety,applicability and durability of the bridge during use.Therefore,it is especially necessary to study the applicability and effectiveness of bridge reinforcement technology.Carbon fiber composite materials have been effectively applied and popularized in the field of bridge reinforcement due to their unique advantages such as high strength,light weight and strong environmental adaptability.The technology takes into consideration the advantages of the conventional carbon fiber sheet reinforcement method and the prestressing reinforcement method,and the prestressed carbon fiber board is bonded to the tension zone of the member to be reinforced and prestressed to work together with the member to be reinforced,thereby Improving the technical condition of the structure restores the bearing capacity of the bridge.Based on the background of the above bridge reinforcement technology,this paper carries out the work from the following aspects and draws relevant conclusions;(1)The traditional reinforcement technology of bridges is introduced in detail,and the performance and reinforcement methods of carbon fiber composites are analyzed.The advantages of carbon fiber application in the field of bridge reinforcement are expounded.(2)The performance of carbon fiber reinforced materials was introduced in detail,and the mechanism of the two wo rking together was analyzed.The construction method and construction technology of carbon fiber reinforced bridges were expounded.The calculation method of prestress loss and its tensile control stress,finally,the calculation method of bearing capacity of carbon fiber reinforced concrete beam is introduced.(3)Based on the bridge inspection data of the engineering bridge,analyze the cause of the disease and take targeted measures to deal with the impact of the existence of the floor crack on the bearing capacity of the hollow slab girder bridge,and use carbon fiber reinforced panels to reinforce the bridge.The finite element check calculation is used to analyze the change of structural force performance before and after reinforcement.After the reinforcement,the bearing capacity meets the requirements,and the technical condition in the normal use stage is improved.(4)Through the load test,the reinforcement effect of the bridge after reinforcement and repair is tested to determine the actual working state of the bridge after reinforcement and maintenance,and to judge the overall mechanical performance of the bridge.By analyzing the data of the load test,it can be concluded that the stress performance of the strengthened bridge meets the design requirements.
