Icing of transmission lines and removing oil pollution from water surface have long been a hot research topic in the field of power engineering and environmental protection.Icing is a huge security risk for transmission lines of power system in the cold winter,it even leads to the collapse of power transmission towers,resulting in power supply disruptions and severe economic losses.The problem of environmental pollution caused by oil pollution on the surface of the water poses a very serious hazard to soil,water,air and human beings.Based on the principle of laser induced chemical reaction,deicing technology of transmission line by laser induced bubble explosion reaction and removal of oil pollution on water surface by UV laser induced catalytic degradation reaction are designed in this paper.The main contents include:1.The deicing technology of transmission line based on laser induced bubble explosion reaction is designed.The control laws of laser power,scanning speed,foam layer thickness and deicing effect are studied experimentally.The results showed that the deicing thickness ranges from 3 mm to 7 mm when scanning speed ranging from 10 ~ 20mm/s and laser power ranging from 1000 to 2000 W,and the damage to the transmission line surface can be neglected,which validated the feasibility of this new LIBER-based deicing method that would have significant applications to the actual deicing scenarios of power grid.2.The deoiling technology on water surface based on UV laser induced catalytic degradation reaction was designed.The deoiling effect under different pulse frequency,laser power and scanning speed are experimentally studied.The results showed that the pulse frequency range is between 60 KHz and 100 KHz,the laser power range is between 6.71 W and 12.93 W,and the scanning speed is between 200 and 1200mm/s,the oil contamination on water surface can be effectively removed by UV laser induced catalytic degradation and the maximum efficiency can reach more than 80%.When other factors such as scanning speed are the same,the greater the laser single pulse energy,the better the effect of promoting the catalytic degradation reaction induced by UV laser to remove oil contamination on water surface.When the scanning speed of laser is in the range of 800-1200mm/s,the smaller the scanning speed is,the faster the removal rate of oil pollution from water surface by UV laser induced catalytic degradation is.The scanning speed is in the range of 200-800mm/s,although the smaller the scanning speed is,the greater the single pulse energy is,if the scanning speed is too small,the scanning time of oil contaminated area on water surface will be longer,which will lead to the longer time of oil removal.This method has important potential application value in domestic sewage treatment and marine oil leakage treatment.
