| With the development of human society,the demand for natural resources is expanding.However,after scientific exploration,the rate of natural resources regeneration cannot meet the future needs of mankind,and all kinds of natural resources on the earth are facing the danger of exhaustion.At the same time,due to the development of society,some natural resources have caused a lot of unfavorable factors in the process of development and use,such as oil used by automobiles,not only because of the emission of exhaust gas,but also caused global warming,and the generation of haze is also related to it.These factors are not only harmful to people’s health,but also harmful to future sustainable development.Therefore,in order to solve these disadvantageous factors,both at home and abroad have actively carried out exploration and Research on new energy in order to meet people’s needs.Especially in the automotive field,facing the increasing shortage of petroleum resources,the research on new energy vehicles is particularly urgent.The first chapter of this paper starts with the current background,elaborates the purpose and significance of the research,reviews and collates the literature of the research on new energy vehicles,briefly introduces the contents and methods of the research,and points out the possible innovative points of this paper;The second chapter,the characteristics of the R&D of new energy automobile enterprise,as a case study of BYD new energy automobile R&D for example at the same time also on R&D investment and enterprise performance related basic theory were summarized,mainly from the technological innovation and economic growth theory,human capital theory and the theory of enterprise performance in order to develop;Third chapter four of this article topic that new energy automobile enterprise R&D investment on enterprise performance empirical analysis was made on the influences of the first,from the hypothesis of the selection of sample and variable selection three aspects carries on the research design,and then according to the financial performance,growth performance,technical performance of three aspects analyze the design model,and through the research and development investment,financial performance,growth performance,descriptive analysis such as technical performance,after the multi-level analysis,and regression analysis Chapter IV is based on the above.In order to better promote the R&D investment of new energy automobile enterprises to have a good positive effect on enterprise performance,this paper puts forward that through reasonably increasing R&D investment and guaranteeing the financial guarantee of continuous investment in the capital chain,efforts should be made to train relevant scientific and technological talents in personnel input,and attention should be paid to the status of R&D personnel and technological innovation.Finally,it puts forward the proposal of new energy resources.Automobile R&D needs government support.Only by guaranteeing the R&D of new energy vehicles from many aspects,can we get better enterprise performance in R&D investment and promote the mental health development of new energy automobile industry. |
