| Solar power tower plant is increasingly favored by the industry for their highest conversion rate and best commercial prospects.The heat transfer energy storage system consists of a focused radiation heat transfer and a molten salt heat transfer energy storage system,covering the heat collecting islands and thermal energy storage islands of the tower power station,and is one of the core systems of the Solar power tower plant.Modeling and simulation research on heat transfer energy storage system is of great value to the design,safe operation,dynamic characteristics research and simulation training system development of tower solar thermal power station.The main research contents of this paper include:In this paper,the structure of tower solar thermal power generation heat transfer energy storage system is researched and analyzed,and the mechanism model of main equipment inside the system is established.Firstly,the law of solar motion and the law of solar radiant energy are studied.The solar trajectory model and the direct solar radiation model are established on the PanySimu simulation platform.The results are compared with the OSGeo data to verify the correctness of the solar model.Secondly,the optical principle and optical efficiency of a single heliostat are studied.A heliostat model based on parallel light is established on the PanySimu simulation platform.The process of energy flow change from heliostat reflection to heat sink is simulated.The distribution of the cosine efficiency of the heliostat field.According to the divergence of sunlight,energy flow spot imaging was established,and the energy flow distribution of a single heliostat reflected to the surface of the heat sink was simulated on Matlab.Finally,based on the Solar Two project in the United States,the operating characteristics of external heat sinks,molten salt heat storage tanks and steam generator equipment were analyzed.The heat sink model was established on the PanySimu simulation platform by the piecewise lumped parameter method.The characteristics were analyzed and the rationality of the model was verified.The molten salt heat storage tank model was established on the PanySimu simulation platform;on the PanySimu simulation platform.The steam generator model is established,and the simulation analysis shows the correctness and rationality of the model. |
