As an important hub equipment of the power grid,the analysis and evaluation of operational health of transformer is conducive to ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.The vibration of the transformer is closely related to the vibration state of the core and the winding.Studying the vibration characteristics and vibration mechanism of the transformer is of great significance for realizing the condition monitoring of the transformer.Therefore,a research on condition monitoring and condition assessment of power transformer is proposed,based on the study of transformer structure,vibration generation,transmission path,vibration mechanism and vibration distribution characteristics.And hardware equipment and monitoring software for transformer condition monitoring are designed.The specific work is as follows:(1)According to the axial vibration spring mass model of the winding and the ideal transformer core model,the vibration acceleration of the winding and the core is analyzed to analyze the force,and the distribution law of the natural frequency of the winding and the core is obtained.Verify the correctness of the theory by actually operating the vibration signal data of the transformer.(2)A transformer state evaluation method based on random subspace method is proposed.The subspace model of transformer vibration signal is constructed by geometric projection and singular value decomposition technique.The eigenvalues of the system matrix are obtained by model estimation and applied to In the state evaluation of the transformer,the state evaluation threshold is set according to the process control statistical principle to realize the state evaluation of the power transformer.(3)Design hardware equipment and evaluation monitoring software for transformer condition monitoring and evaluation.Aiming at the requirements of transformer vibration acquisition,multi-point measuring,high synchronization requirement and synchronous sampling,the design of transformer vibration signal acquisition hardware equipment is introduced,and the design process and design process of hardware equipment are introduced in detail.Based on C# programming language and GDI+ technology,design and develop transformer evaluation and monitoring software system,analyze and select feature quantity and design multiple data analysis algorithms to realize time domain monitoring,spectrum monitoring,eigenvalue monitoring and historical data analysis of transformer vibration signals.And alarm information management and other functions provide a basis for the health status of the transformer.
