Overhead transmission lines are mostly built in the wild, often subjected to harsh environments such as wind and ice,and external damage. In complex external environments, transmission towers may be bent, broken, and corroded, and even tower collapses may occur. It affects the stable operation of the transmission line and the normal power supply of the power grid. The inverted tower accident caused by the windstorm not only has a great impact on the normal use of electricity by local residents, but also caused great troubles to local enterprises and important users of electricity, and the losses caused are extremely serious. Therefore, carrying out the state assessment of the wind-proof performance of the transmission tower has important theoretical and engineering significance for the normal operation of the transmission tower and improving the safety performance. This article starts from the following points:Firstly, based on the "Guidelines for Evaluation of Overhead Transmission Line Status" published by China Electric Power Science Research Institute in 2008 and the "State Evaluation Standards for Transmission and Distribution Equipment" proposed by China Southern Power Grid Corporation in 2004,the assessment of the wind-proof performance evaluation process of transmission towers is determined. The principle, the evaluation unit and the evaluation items in each evaluation unit, the status quantity in the evaluation project and the evaluation criteria of the state quantity, and finally determine a wind power performance evaluation system for the transmission line tower.Secondly, based on the mechanical analysis, the state of the transmission tower is evaluated.According to the actual wind condition of the transmission line, the internal force of the tower is calculated. The design value and actual value of each state quantity in the transmission tower are compared, and the degree of deterioration is judged. Then, establish a hierarchical evaluation model, and use the combination of subjective and objective weights to evaluate the importance of the evaluation project, and then obtain the deduction value of the tower unit and the basic unit, and finally obtain the comprehensive deduction value to judge the transmission tower.State level. Finally,an example is given to verify the validity and feasibility of the method for assessing the wind-proof performance of transmission line towers combined with the analytic hierarchy process-standard deviation method.
