With the development of national science and technology and economic technology,"BIM technology" has been applied to more and more scenarios.The outbreak of the severe situation in the construction industry has effectively promoted the transformation of information technology in the construction industry.China's water industry also urgently needs to change from traditional construction technology to BIM and other high-tech direction.Primavera 6.0,as an advanced project management software abroad,has a lot of achievements in the management industry,but few projects can really apply it to the project management software to realize the comprehensive optimization of time limit,resources and costs.Taking hydropower plant as the research object,on the basis of researching the development status of BIM technology and P6 technology in China,guided by project management theory,taking BIM three-dimensional model as the core,the overall progress-resource-cost analysis and optimization are carried out.On the basis of reviewing the research status of BIM technology at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the application of BIM technology in all walks of life and the necessity of applying BIM technology in water industry.Then,it deeply studies the relevant theory of earned value,and introduces the theoretical basis of project management Primavera 6.0software with earned value as the core,and discusses the combination of BIM technology and P6 software on the basis of relevant theoretical research.Possibility and necessity;and then from the perspective of model precision and optimization approach,the BIM+P6 schedule cost experimental framework is proposed.In order to verify the feasibility of BIM+P6Schedule-Cost framework,a parameterized model of digitized workshop based on BIM technology is established.Scheduling and resource planning are arranged and optimized with P6 software.Schedule-resource-cost synthesis is optimized by critical path method,peak-cutting and valley-filling method and least square method.Finally,the optimized schedule-resource-cost synthesis is realized.The plan is imported into the 4D-BIM model to preview the construction plan,further modify the unreasonable arrangement,and gradually improve the 4D schedule.This paper focuses on the process and method of schedule cost optimization in P6 software,and carries out case analysis combined with actual situation.Finally,the value of BIM technology in schedule management of water conservancy projects and the feasibility of combining BIM and P6 are verified by an example,which provides a new direction for project management of water conservancy industry.
