With the rapid development of the automobile industry in the world today,energy crisis and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.The emission regulations formulated by various countries are becoming more and more strict.Due to its the comprehensive advantages of low fuel consumption,low emissions and high performance,Hybrid electric vehicles become a hotspot of new energy vehicles in the world.And the real-time and rationality of its energy management strategy directly determines the performance of the vehicle.Therefore,the research on hybrid electric vehicles' energy management strategy algorithm has become a hot research topic in this field.This paper mainly relies on the Hebei Province Science and Technology Plan project "hybrid vehicle energy management and power battery group detection system development" project,taking the series hybrid vehicle as the research object,and developing the real-time energy management algorithm with better performance as the research goal.The ARM-based energy management algorithm verification platform mainly accomplishes the following tasks:(1)This paper completed the establishment of a forward hybrid model of a series hybrid vehicle that can be used for real-time online control,including driver model,vehicle controller model and powertrain model.(2)An energy management strategy with an optimization effect close to the global optimization algorithm and available for real-time control is proposed.The specific method is to apply the global optimization algorithm-dynamic programming algorithm to obtain the optimal control solution,and then use it as a reference,and the corresponding control rules have been extracted.(3)Design an ARM-based energy management algorithm verification platform,including FETMX6 Q development board based on ARM Cortex-A9 architecture i.MX6 Q quad-core processor and signal processing circuit with AD7705 as the core,then Completed the construction of the embedded software development environment(including the construction of virtual machines,the installation of cross-compilation tools and the transplantation of the Linux operating system)and the writing of AD device drivers.(4)Based on Qt,the verification platform terminal application program is written,and the cross-compilation tool is used to realize the embedded transplantation of energy management algorithm.The platform's function is to verify the real-time performance,reliability and fuel economy of the energy management algorithm in a simulated real vehicle operating environment.(5)This paper has finished the application test on the verification platform.The test results show that the algorithm results calculated by the platform are basically consistent with the simulation results of the two algorithms in the MATLAB environment,which verifies the reliability of the platform and the real-time and feasibility of the algorithm.
