With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,aviation enterprises generally pursue the mode of high efficiency and high precision,it is difficult for previous detection planning techniques to meet this pattern.Three-coordinate detection planning technology based on MBD is the future development trend of three-coordinate detection technology.At present,the three-coordinate detection planning technology based on MBD is still in the embryonic stage,and there are still many problems in the actual detection.First of all,when there are too many features to be tested,the probe needs to change the angle frequently,and enough space and time are needed for the angle of the probe.Reasonable head planning is helpful to improve the detection efficiency.In this paper,after analyzing the disadvantages of reachability probe planning method,an algorithm combining k-means algorithm and cosine similarity is proposed to select the direction of the probe.Secondly,the accuracy of the detection results is usually related to its sampling strategy,which includes sampling points and sampling distribution.The selection of points in the past is mostly based on experience,which may make the detection results inaccurate.After analyzing the main factors affecting the sampling points,the factors will be quantified.The mathematical model of the number of critical sampling points with different characteristics is obtained.After analyzing the disadvantages of the common distribution methods,a sampling and distribution method based on the geometric and topological relations of the features is proposed,and the experimental results are compared with each other in the CMM.It can be proved that the proposed sampling distribution method is more reasonable.Finally,on the premise of using probe direction planning in path detection planning,path planning is carried out from both within and between sets,and greedy algorithm and ant colony algorithm are used to find the optimal path.The research results of this paper provide evidence for optimization of three-coordinate detection planning technology,and also provide a reference for its development.
