The development goal and trend of manufacturing industry is low cost and high efficiency.In the modern enterprise production mode,its core part is the internal production logistics of the enterprise,and the reasonable arrangement of the production logistics is very important.The fluency and standardization of production logistics directly affect the efficiency and efficiency of enterprise production.Therefore,this paper mainly studies from the following aspects:First of all,the overall background of bearing production is analyzed,the significance of the research is explained,the research status of bearing production logistics is studied,and the technical route and method of the research are determined according to the research content of this paper.This paper studies the theory of production logistics,lean logistics theory,production logistics system optimization theory,and studies and analyzes the specific algorithms related to this paper.Secondly,the bearing production logistics problem is described and assumed,and the multi-objective optimization model is established according to the three main objectives of production duration,production logistics cost and production logistics quality.The solving ideas of particle swarm optimization algorithm and ant colony algorithm are studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are analyzed.In order to realize the scientific solution of multi-objective model,the multi-objective optimization model is solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the MATLAB software is used to code and solve the multi-objective optimization model.The optimal construction organization mode is obtained compared with the specific data background of bearing production in LZ Company,and the cost and construction period before optimization are compared.The effectiveness of the model optimization is verified.Finally,according to the optimal scheme of the model,combined with the specific reality of LZ company,the corresponding optimization and guiding measures of lean management,process improvement and quality control are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of its internal logistics operation,shorten the waiting time of the process,improve the management level of the productionlogistics system,and realize the smooth connection between the processes,which will provide reference for the development of LZ Company.It will also provide important guidance for the future development and optimization of LZ Company.
