Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are one of the important electronic components,with the development of miniaturization of electronic products and the product assembly automation,the aluminum electrolytic capacitor has large capacity and good temperature stability,but the chip type is more suitable for the surface assembly,which can quickly replace the traditional aluminum electrolytic capacitor.As a result,the capacitor chip packaging equipment has been developed rapidly and widely used.At present,the common aluminum electrolytic capacitor chip type packaging equipment on the market mainly consists of assembly machines and base plate machines,the technology is mature.In terms of technical equipment,Japan and Europe are advanced in technology,high in automation,fast in speed and stable in performance.Taiwan followed,with the gradual improvement of the technical level of domestic electronic machinery and equipment,under the fierce market competition,cost-effective domestic equipment has basically occupied the domestic market,and expanded to small batch capacitor chip packaging market.This study was based on the specific requirements of the manufacturers to develop an aluminum electrolytic capacitor chip packaging machine to meet the needs of small batch and special packaging to complete the design of its mechanical part.In this study,based on the existing aluminum electrolytic capacitor chip packaging technology,the packaging objects,packaging materials,packaging requirements and process routes were systematically analyzed.According to the manufacturer's selective requirements for the two processes of full time charge detection and capacitor printing,the modular design idea was adopted to optimize the processing technology.Four modules : feeding,upper chip,printing and testing,and packaging were formed.The feeding module and the encapsulation module were belonged to the general module,which were mainly about the selection and partial improvement of the feeding machine and the heat sealing device.In this study,the principle and functional structure of the chip board,printing and testing module were completed.The key devices,such as the pole handling device and the charge detection device,were analyzed and designed in detail.Subsequently,the modular design was carried out to complete the comprehensive design and layout of the transmission system of the whole machine.This aluminum electrolytic capacitor chip type packaging machine can be effectively adapted to small and medium-sized enterprises for the small batch production of capacitors,the selective demands for parts of the process and the packaging of multi-type aluminum electrolytic capacitors.The application of this device in enterprises has obtained good effect.However,in the process of assembly,debugging and use,the problems of poor stability and high equipment failure rate were reflected due to inconvenience in adjustment.Therefore,further optimizations and improvements are needed.
