The converter station takes the task of mutual conversion between AC and DC in the UHVDC transmission project.When theconverter station is active,whose equipment willproduce a lot audible noise.But the noise generated by the converter station is relatively small,other noise could have a significant impact on the noise measured at the boundary of the station.Aiming at such problems,this paper systematically studies the noise characteristics and identification methods of main noise sources in UHV converter stations.At present,the research on audible noise generated by primary equipment in UHV converter stations mainly focuses on noise spectrum analysis and sound field prediction.The identification of equipment noise in the converter station has not been comprehensively studied.In this paper,the systematic research on the noise generated by the main equipment in the converter station is completed from the two aspects of spectrum characteristics and vocalization mechanism.At the same time,the noise spectrum characteristics of the equipment in the AC field with complex noise sources and Relationship between noise spectrum of AC filters and measurement position has been studied,indicating that the noise spectral characteristics can closely match the vibration modes of adjacent devices.Then,using the measured spectrum data,and after a large amount of data analysis,the timbre parameter characteristics of the main equipment in the station and the frequency range of the application are determined;through the calculation of the corresponding timbre parameters of the five noise attenuation points on the converter transformer square,it indicates that the farther the measuring point is from the converter transformer,the lower the noise level measured,the more it can reflect the noise characteristics of the converter transformer;by calculating the timbre parameters of the same measuring point noise before and after the valve hall door is closed,it is shown that the door of valve hall can effectively cut off noise,thereby protecting the safety of stuff working in the control building.Finally,a main noise identification algorithm based on timbre parameters is proposed and verified on the matlab simulation platform.By applying it to a large number of measured noise data,the results show that the algorithm has high success rate,can effectively complete the identification of noise in the station,and also provides reference for the monitoring and control of subsequent converter station noise.
