Wind power generation in China has developed rapidly in recent years,and installed capacity has become the first in the world.With the increasing penetration of wind power in the power system,many regions in China(especially the "three north" areas)have been facing a very serious problem of wind power absorption,resulting in the problem of wind abandonment that can not be ignored.In view of the difficulties existing in wind power absorption in China,this thesis proposes a control strategy of using electric boiler with thermal storage to take into account both wind power and heat supply.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the current research status of wind power absorption,wind power absorption by thermal storage boilers and regional integrated energy system of thermal storage boilers at home and abroad.The output characteristics of wind power and the demand of wind power absorption in China are analyzed.On the basis of studying the working principle of thermal storage boiler,a mathematical model is established and its operation characteristics are simulated and analyzed.Aiming at the application characteristics of thermal storage boilers,this thesis puts forward the structure of wind power absorption system for thermal storage boilers in power system and the regional integrated energy system for thermal storage boilers.Secondly,the contract-based control strategy and dynamic follow-up-based control strategy are proposed for the application of thermal storage boilers in power supply side and load side of power system.In order to maximize matching wind power,a wind power absorption model for thermal storage boilers based on dynamic follow-up is established and solved by particle swarm optimization(PSO).By comparing and analyzing the situation of two control strategies to absorb wind power,the effectiveness and limitation of only considering power matching in the absorption of wind power for thermal storage boilers are explored.Finally,under the framework of regional integrated energy system with thermal power boiler,the heating constraints are introduced,and the system heating constraints,equipment state constraints and power balance constraints are considered comprehensively.The control model is established to optimize the system operation economy.Based on the 0-1 mixed integer linear programming problem,the Yalmip toolbox and software Cplex are used to solve the problem in Matlab.The analysis shows that the control strategy taking into account the absorption of wind power and heat supply can improve the economy of the system operation,and the system operation economy is the best when the regenerative boiler is in the semi-regenerative mode.
