As an active distribution network management strategy,distribution network reconfiguration realizes the safe,reliable and economic operation of distribution network.Distributed generation(DG)technologies,such as photovoltaic generation and wind power generation,are increasingly being applied to distribution network because of their advantages of economy,flexibility,efficiency and environmental friendliness.The access of high penetration DG has a significant impact on the distribution network reconfiguration problem.It is quite different from the traditional network reconfiguration problem in mathematical modeling,constraint conditions,and intelligent algorithms and so on.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the network reconfiguration with high penetration DG.This paper focuses on the reconfiguration of distribution network with high penetration of DG in multi-time section,including dynamic optimization reconfiguration and service restoration.An intra-day dynamic optimization reconfiguration model based on probability analysis is established and solved by decimal encoding genetic algorithm.In the objective function,the interaction between DG and distribution network is reflected by the accommodation of DG,network loss,switching operations and reliability index.In the solution of the model,the time-period merging strategy and the corresponding decimal coding method improve the coding efficiency,the radiation check based on tree coding ensures the network topology constraints,and the probability analysis solves the uncertainty of the output power of DG.A service restoration model based on the comprehensive service restoration strategy is established and solved by binary coded particle swarm optimization.In the objective function,the practical feasibility of scheme of service restoration is guaranteed by the load-loss cost,switching operation cost and network loss cost during the fault repair period.In solving the model,based on the comprehensive service restoration strategy and multiple time-periods analysis,the improvements of island area division,radiation structure generation,and particle velocity updating formula are applied to improve the optimization efficiency.The validity and feasibility of the dynamic optimization reconfiguration model and the service restoration model are verified by an example analysis.
