With the continuous improvement of the capacity of gas generator assembly machines,under the background of high unit operation and maintenance cost,huge industy competition pressure and environmental protection issues,research on energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis technology of heavy gas turbines is carried out,and the energy saving potential of the excavator group is optimized.The operation level of the unit and the improvement of the overall economy of the gas turbine power plant have important practical significance for the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction in China’s thermal power industy.This paper focuses on the energy efficiency evaluation and intelligent diagnosis theory and technology of active heavy-duty gas turbine generator sets,which are carried out in the following aspects:firstly,based on the division of thermal system in production process and the idea of analytic hierarchy process,the gas turbine energy efficiency index system is established,which provides analyzable indicators for energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis research,making energy efficiency analysis more targeted;then,based on the method of data mining based on a large amount of historical data,the establishment of various indicators and parameter reference values of heavy gas turbines is studied,which paves the way for energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis research,and the method is verified by actual data;then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)combined with the maximum information coefficient is used to determine the index weight,and the gas turbine index and parameters are analyzed by the consumption factor,which provides the adjustment basis of the mechanism knowledge level for the weight acquisition.Then comprehensively evaluate the operating state of the unit based on the deviation analysis coefficient;after obtaining the energy efficiency evaluation results,the energy efficiency intelligent diagnosis research on the indicators with poor system scores is carried out,the knowledge base of energy efficiency abnormal event,the energy efficiency causal analysis tree,the principle of Bayesian network are introduced,and the causal network of energy efficiency abnormal event is established.And conducted case verification on the GeNIe software platform;finally,according to the previous research,the design and development plan of the heavy gas turbine health management system is formed.
