Xinjiang Aksu has a large installed capacity of photovoltaics,while Yili has more installed capacity of hydropower.In November 2016,the Iku 750kV power transmission and transformation project was put into operation,and two non-interconnected power grid areas were connected,providing a new way for the two regions to mutually absorb clean energy.In view of the above problems,this paper combines the measured data to analyze the output characteristics of photovoltaic power plants,and studies the multi-time scale economic dispatch considering regional clean energy characteristics.A multi-time scale coordinated scheduling model of the current 24h plan and the intraday 4h rolling plan was built to improve the coordination between the dispatching layer and the rolling scheduling layer.The main works of the thesis are as follows:(1)Analysis of Output Characteristics of Photovoltaic Power Plant Based on Measured DataCombine the measured data to analyze the output characteristics of photovoltaic power plants.Firstly,the basic characteristics of photovoltaic output are analyzed based on the measured data,and the prediction model of photovoltaic output is given.Secondly,the calculation methods of the correlation of the output of the two types of photovoltaic power plants and the influencing factors of the theoretical analysis are given.Finally,the data of Xinjiang Aksu Photovoltaic Power Station were selected,and the correlation between the same photovoltaic power plant and different photovoltaic power plants was analyzed from the cloud factor and geographical location,respectively,and tke influence of input factors on the current PV output prediction model was explained.(2)Study on the Economic Dispatch of Regional Clean Energy CharacteristicsBased on the structure of Xinjiang Aksu and Yili power grids and the distribution characteristics of clean energy,a method of economic dispatching considering the characteristics of regional clean energy is proposed.First,give the characteristics of the power system considering the characteristics of regional clean energy.Secondly,give a day-to-day economic dispatch model considering regional clean energy characteristics,including objective function and constraints.Thirdly,the method of constructing and solving dynamic scheduling model based on Matpower is proposed.The main purpose is to solve the above optimization problem involving multiple time-scheduled scheduling models.Finally,the Aksu and Yili power grids are selected and divided into two scenarios;summer flood season and winter dry season.(3)Intraday rolling economic dispatch based on model predictive controlAn intra-day rolling economic scheduling method based on model predictive control is proposed.This method provides the rolling scheduling layer with reference power with smaller time scale,and then improves the coordination problem between the dispatching layer and the rolling scheduling layer.Firstly,the characteristics and optimization strategies of rolling scheduling are given,and the overall idea of this chapter is explained.Secondly,using the idea of model predictive control algorithm to optimize intraday rolling scheduling,it is divided into three aspects:predictive model,rolling optimization and feedback correction.Finally,the research on the Aksu and Yili power grids in Xinjiang is continued.It is verified that the dynamic rolling optimization algorithm can effectively use the ultra-short-term PV output prediction data to provide the power reference value of the shorter time interval for the lower layer.
