In order to improve the vibration isolation effect of hydraulic mount and broaden its application range,from the perspective of economy and applicability,combined with the structural characteristics of the existing mount,the design and analysis of the hydraulic mount are carried out.Firstly,an adaptive hydraulic mount with variable cross-sectional area of inertial tracks is designed.The working principle and dynamic characteristics of the adaptive hydraulic mount are analyzed by theoretical simulation and experiments.In order to study the influence of mount parameters on the dynamic characteristics of adaptive hydraulic mount,a low-frequency and high-frequency approximate linear lumped parameter model is established respectively,and the influence of model parameter change on the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic mount is analyzed.Considering the uncertainty of the mount parameters,the parameters which have great influence on the dynamic characteristics of the mount are selected as the optimization variables,and the robustness optimization design of the adaptive hydraulic mount is carried out.Secondly,on the basis of the existing structure of hydraulic mount,the experimental structure of adaptive hydraulic mount is designed and processed,and the experimental test system is established.The vibration isolation performance of existing hydraulic mount and adaptive hydraulic mount under sinusoidal displacement excitation condition is tested,and the experimental results show that the adaptive hydraulic mount has a good vibration isolation effect.Finally,on the basis of adaptive hydraulic mount,a new semi-active hydraulic mount with economical application is proposed,and its structure principle and dynamic characteristics are analyzed.A model with semi-active hydraulic mount is established,and the optimal parameter control method,fuzzy control method and neural network fuzzy control method are designed respectively according to the vibration displacement and acceleration of the vehicle's body.The influence of different control methods on the vibration isolation performance of semi-active hydraulic mount is compared and analyzed.
