Performance optimization and energy saving of refrigeration equipment is the key research direction of the current industry,involving fluid mechanics,engineering thermodynamics,heat transfer theory,automatic control,machinery manufacturing and other disciplines.Air source heat pump chiller and water heater are widely used in production and life.Improving the heat transfer efficiency and reducing the size of the air-cooled heat exchanger have a very positive effect on the unit.In order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the fin-and-tube air-cooled heat exchanger,this paper combines the internal and external heat transfer of the enhanced tube as the point of view.Through the combination of experiment and simulation,the process layout of the heat exchange pipeline is explored for the performance and energy efficiency of the unit.This paper also explored the impact of the fan position on the uniformity of the heat exchanger air volume.The main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Redesign and match the unit.The finned tube air-cooled heat exchangers with different process arrangements were designed and prototyped for the unit.2.The mathematical model of the condenser was established,and the changes of the physical properties of the refrigerant in different process arrangements were calculated and compared.The results show that the process arrangement under partial load has a certain influence on the condensation process.3.The mathematical model of the finned tube air-cooled heat exchanger was established.The flow of air in the heat exchanger was analyzed by FLUENT simulation,and the influence of the size and position of the fan on the uniformity of the air volume was investigated.The results show that the uniformity of the heat exchanger can be improved by adjusting the size and position of the fan.4.The relevant cooling and heating experiments were carried out for the units under different process layouts,the key points were recorded,the influence of the process arrangement on the condensation and evaporation process was explored,and the influence of the process arrangement on the unit performance and energy efficiency level was explored.The experimental results fit well with the simulation content.
