The construction of rural houses in villages and towns is an important research topic in the construction of new rural villages and towns. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of the new rural construction process,in order to achieve better village and township construction, improve the existing environment for villages and towns, improve people's quality of life, and respond to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, new rural housing developments have been initiated throughout the country. In the upsurge, the scale of rural housing construction in the villages and towns has been continuously growing, and has shown a trend of rapid development. However, due to the long-term emphasis on urban planning and construction and the neglect of planning and construction of villages and towns, there are many problems in the planning and construction of rural houses in China. This paper starts with the problems of informatization monitoring and management methods in the planning and construction management of rural houses in villages and towns, integrates key research and demonstration projects of key technologies for implementation of village and township planning, and studies key technologies for dynamic monitoring of rural building construction in villages and towns and designs and implements them. The implementation monitoring system for rural housing planning in villages and towns solved the problems of low monitoring efficiency, insufficient manpower, and backward technology in the planning and construction of rural houses in rural areas, ensuring the smooth development of planning and construction of rural houses in villages and towns. In order to achieve rapid and efficient collection of rural housing construction data, this paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of UAV low-altitude remote sensing technology based on the unique geographical features of China's villages and towns, summarizes domestic and international relevant application research, and uses low-altitude remote sensing for UAVs.The technology is applied to the acquisition of rural housing planning data.At the same time, aiming at the problem of current UAV remote sensing image information interpretation, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of current low-altitude remote sensing image classification methods, and adopts an object-oriented classification method to extract rural housing information. This method first uses image enhancement technology to perform remote sensing imagery. After the fog is processed, the adaptive image segmentation algorithm is used to complete the image segmentation to establish house feature extraction rules, and the high-precision extraction of rural houses in the remote sensing image is completed by the nearest neighbor classification algorithm.Based on the research results of remote sensing monitoring technology for rural houses in rural areas, this paper designed and implemented a monitoring system for rural housing planning implementation, elaborated the development background and objectives of the system, studied the technical framework for the implementation of rural housing planning monitoring system, and focused on the design of the system functions. The non-functional design is started, and the overall structure design of the system and the design and implementation of each functional module are given. At present, the system has been applied to the monitoring of rural housing construction in the research and demonstration area.Practice has shown that the system developed in this paper may provide monitoring for rural village housing planning and implementation, and it will help China's rural housing construction supervision work into a scientific and positive way.Promote the healthy and sustainable development of village planning and rural housing construction.
