Problems such as shortage of resources and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious,while lithium batteries,as a clean new energy source,are widely used because of their superior performance.However,monomer inconsistency results in a "short plate validity" of the battery pack,so it needs to be balanced during use.There are many kinds of battery equilibrium,among which,the energy transfer mode between arbitrary monomers has good flexibility and high efficiency.Firstly,the SOC is selected as the equilibrium index,and the first-order RC circuit is selected as the equivalent circuit model of the battery,then analyzes the periodic characteristics of the OCV-SOC curve,gives the segmented fitting method,improves the accuracy and reduces the computational complexity,and gives the model parameter identification method based on the HPPC experiment.Then,combined with the extended Kalman filter method and the Ann time integral method,an A-E fusion algorithm is proposed to make up for the defects of each of the two methods,so as to improve the accuracy of SOC estimation.Then,the drawbacks of the traditional equilibrium threshold setting method are analyzed,and a new dynamic threshold setting strategy is given.The variation law of Equilibrium Center point is deduced theoretically,and a method of fast searching center value is proposed.Based on the extreme value search strategy and the battery pack model,a method of extreme residual capacity monomer search is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the traditional equilibrium strategy,the method of solving the optimal transfer path is given,and the optimal solution is screened.Finally,the above two parts of the content of the experimental verification.The finite verification method of SOC estimation experiment proves that the estimation algorithm proposed in this thesis has certain precision,energy Transfer strategy verification experiment,and compares the strategy proposed in this thesis with other strategies to verify the efficiency of the strategy proposed in this thesis.
