With problems such as energy shortages and global warming increasing in recent years,the governments of various countries have introduced stricter regulations to plan the future development of the automobile industry and the automobile manufacturers have also increased the research and development of new energy vehicles to replace the traditional fuel vehicles.New energy vehicles have broad prospects.Under the background of low coverage of charging equipment and imperfect technology of power battery at present,PHEV is popular among consumers due to its multiple power sources,long driving range and low fuel consumption.This article is based on the national key research and development project “development and integration of new cost-effective passenger vehicle hybrid powertrain".In this paper,the matching of parameters of main components of hybrid electric vehicle is studied.A driver's awareness recognition model based on pedal opening and its change rate is proposed and a fuzzy control strategy based on driver's awareness recognition is designed.The optimization simulation of the vehicle's transmission ratio is carried out.First of all,according to the vehicle design index,the parameters of power components and transmission components are calculated.On this basis,the vehicle simulation model is built based on Cruise,and the dynamic performance is simulated.Secondly,the identification method of driving consciousness is studied.The identification parameters are determined,and the membership function of fuzzy identification and fuzzy inference rules are established,and the recognition model of driving consciousness is built.Then the energy management strategy of hybrid electric vehicles is studied.Based on the recognition of driving consciousness,the control strategy based on fuzzy rules is established and matlab-cruise co-simulation is conducted.At last,the optimization theory was studied.With fuel consumption and 0-100km/h acceleration as the optimization objectives and dynamic performance as the constraint conditions,joint optimization simulation of Cruise-Isight was conducted by multi-island genetic algorithm.The work is conducive to further research on parameter matching and energy management strategy formulation of complex hybrid electric vehicle system.
