Utility tunnel is a tunnel structure located in the city underground,which concentrates all kinds of pipelines and ancillary facilities needed for urban development,and is the lifeline to ensure the normal operation of the city.Shield tunneling,as the most safe,effective and high quality tunnel construction technology,has been widely used in the city's central area,traffic congestion areas and the old city utility tunnel project.At present,there are few studies on the structural design of the utility tunnel based on shield construction.This paper firstly optimizes the optimal layout and section design of the layout of the utility tunnel.Including the selection of corridor pipeline and the design of pipeline subcomPartment,the design and comparison of the standard cross-section of the utility tunnel are carried out.The optimum size of the cross-section area of the utility tunnel,which is generally suitable for the construction of shield machine and can be incorporated into the most important pipelines as much as possible,is given.The safe operation of the pipelines is not affected,nor is it excessive.The design plan for occupying underground sPace effective resources.Under the optimal sPatial layout,the structure design and reinforcement calculation are carried out for the utility tunnel,and the three-dimensional finite element model is established by ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The structure is numerically simulated,and the mechanical performance and failure characteristics of the utility tunnel are analyzed.Then the structure selection of the utility tunnel is optimized.On the premise of guaranteeing the outer diameter,thickNess and material Parameters of the utility tunnel,three factors of the utility tunnel are changed,namely,the internal comPartment form,the position of the internal Partition wall and the position of the internal Partition plate.ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the utility tunnel with the change of the three factors.Whether the position of the internal Partition wall and the internal Partition plate will affect the mechanical performance of the utility tunnel and the influencing rules are given.Finally,the structural Parameters of the utility tunnel are optimized.The control variable method is used to change the thickNess of the internal Partition wall,the thickNess of the internal Partition board,the concrete strength grade and the thickNess of the segment.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate the internal Partition wall and the thickNess of the internal Partition board.Whether the strength grade of concrete and the thickNess of segment will affect the mechanical performance of the utility tunnel and the influencing law,and optimize the thickNess of the segment of the utility tunnel.
