| The water source heat pump system in northern China has a widespread problem of winter and summer heat imbalance.Use summer high temperature air hot towers to fill up technical and economic comparison is a good way.Using heating tower is proposed for water source heat pump for heating scheme,through elaborates the compound water source heat pump for heating tower,Filling hot towers composite are summarized the characteristics of the water source heat pump system.Expounds the fill hot towers composite water source heat pump system operating mode and developing trend,and the prospect of composite water source heat pump system for heating tower was discussed,This provides theoretical for the future research.In this paper,the research object is the mechanical ventilation type counter flow heat tower,in order to research the necessity,this paper set up the dimensional parameters of the hot towers.Mend a hot tower height,the upper width,hot tower bottom width,the size of the inlet and outlet size,etc.For thermal structure of the tower is made up of the following several parts,blower,motor,hydraulic device,packing device,inlet,outlet and inlet.Heating type,structure of the tower is proposed in this paper,elaborated the mechanical ventilation type hot thermal process of the tower.Water source heat pump system and introduces the heating tower,in the form of analysis used in the northeast the feasibility of groundwater tower with hot hot tonic.The software and methods of numerical simulation are expounded,and the numerical simulation of heat transfer and mass transfer in mechanical ventilation pyretic tower is based on the research and analysis of hydrodynamic theory.The ANSYS program,GAMBIT program and FLUENT program are described respectively.At the same time,the mixed model,VOF model and DPM model of FLUENT numerical analysis module are introduced,and reasonable calculation model is selected according to the actual situation of the research.In this paper,the contact heat transfer between air and water in the heating tower is simulated,and the DPM model in the air in the heating tower with VOF model.The simulation control equation is established,and the control equation discretization and turbulence model are established.The initial conditions of air and water droplets are described.The paper studied the heat transfer of the water and air in the water and air of the heating tower.In this paper,a discrete phase model is adopted in this paper,and the model of heat transfer and mass transfer is established by using GAMBIT software.Using FLUENT software to simulate the heat transfer and mass transfer inside the heating tower.The temperature field distribution diagram,velocity field distribution diagram,pressure field distribution diagram,air and water drop trajectory distribution map of the fluid flow in the filling tower are obtained.In this paper,the heat transfer and mass transfer of the heat transfer tower in different air temperatures are simulated.According to different air velocity simulation at 25℃,under the same water particle temperature,heat transfer of air and water,and calculated under different air temperature,hot towers hot tonic water gas ratio.By comparing their gas-water ratio,the optimal heat exchange effect was obtained.Fill Fluentl4.5 by using ANSYS software to simulate thermal tower the condensation heat transfer of air and water,and write the corresponding UDF model,component transport model,the VOF model.Get the corresponding temperature distribution,pressure distribution,velocity distribution,the discrete phase particle distribution,turbulence kinetic energy distribution and so on.This article from the perspective of simulation that fill hot tower internal condensation heat transfer of air and water,situation,through the analysis it is concluded that during the summer dry bulb temperature is 32℃,wet bulb temperature of 23.67℃,the dew point temperature is 20℃,groundwater consists of 15℃ temperature increase to 17℃~19℃.In this paper,static analysis is used to analyze the heating and solar heating tower,and the economic analysis of boiler heating is carried out.Calculated hot towers hot tonic in both the initial investment,or total economic costs,than solar heating,boiler heating is more advantage,and hots towers,hot also has solar tonic.hot clean,environmental protection,the characteristics of conform to the national construction aim of the Chinese dream,also enriched the people’s choice of heating way. |
