Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)technology is a common biomedical imaging technology that can perform three-dimensional tomographic imaging of biological tissues with non-invasive,non-destructive and high detection sensitivity. At present,OCT technology has a wide range of applications in the diagnosis and postoperative examination of ophthalmic diseases.Intraocular pressure is an important indicator for the diagnosis of clinical eye diseases.Studying the effect of changes in intraocular pressure on the anterior and posterior structures of the eye can provide effective help for the reasonable consideration of intraocular pressure factors in the clinical diagnosis of ophthalmic diseases. This article is devoted to studying the dual-modal system which combines swept-source OCT and flexible intraocular pressure sensor and the effect of intraocular pressure on the anterior and posterior structures of the eye.The main research contents are as follows:1.In this paper, the design of ophthalmic OCT imaging system is studied. The ophthalmic OCT imaging system based on 1310nm swept source and 1060nm swept source is realized and evaluated respectively. The performance parameters and imaging quality of the two systems are compared.2.We design and build a dual-mode system combining swept-source OCT and flexible intraocular pressure sensor. In addition to the conventional ophthalmic OCT imaging, the system utilizes a flexible intraocular pressure sensor to measure intraocular pressure to achieve dual functions of imaging and intraocular pressure measurement.3.The corneal and retina under different intraocular pressure are imaged by swept-source OCT system, and the changes of cornea and retinal structure with intraocular pressure are analyzed. The method of threshold segmentation is designed to segment the retina and cornea in the OCT image to achieve thickness measurement. The experimental results show that the thickness of the cornea and retina increase with the increase of intraocular pressure, which is consistent with the clinically observed results.
