As one of the most important three auxiliary machines in the water supply system of the thermal power plant.The condensate pump is a necessary link to complete the cycle of soda water.Safe and stable operation of the condensate pump is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the generator,so it is of great significance to optimize the structure of the condensate pump.In this paper,the problem of insufficient output when the condensate pump operates under high load is studied,and the CFD method is applied to study the NLO type condensate pump for numerical analysis.The SolidWorks and BladeGen software were used for 3d modeling,ICEM and TurboGrid software were used for full structured grid partitioning,and ANSYS-CFX software was used for numerical calculation.The turbulence model uses the SST model.There are a lot of vortices in the grooves of the outer cylinder and the pressure distribution in the grooves is not uniform.The inlet of the guide vane has a large positive angle of attack,and the blade profile does not match well with the flow path.Therefore,according to the problems found,a design scheme for optimizing the outer cylinder and guide vane was put forward.According to the proposed optimization scheme,the outer cylindrical wave structure is transformed,guide vanes were optimized.The calculation results show that the lift of the condensate pump is not significantly increased after the optimization of the outer cylinder,and the flow field in the condensate pump is found to be good after the optimization of the guide vane,and the lift is greatly increased under the condition that the efficiency is basically unchanged.Finally,the optimized guide vane design was adopted,and the optimized condensate pump was put into production to meet the working conditions of high load...
