Research On Financial Internal Control Of Automobile Sales Service Enterprises

Because of the great demand for automobiles in today’s society,the automobile sales industry is also developing day by day.However,the fierce market competition environment has brought a more severe test to the automobile sales industry.Faced with the complex environment,enterprises can only constantly improve themselves,develop themselves,and strive for development and progress in the fierce market environment.For an enterprise,financial internal control plays an important role in the enterprise,which is an important part of internal control and plays an important supporting role in the stable development of the enterprise.Therefore,the automobile sales industry should do a good job of financial internal control management,enhance its core position,and ensure the safety and reliability of finance.In this paper,taking F enterprise as an example,we use the method of combining theory with practice,mainly through questionnaires and other forms to collect relevant information,sort out the financial status of the enterprise,and use the five elements principle to analyze the existing problems,and formulate corresponding rectification measures.The purpose of the research is to help F enterprises find out the main problems in financial internal management,to find the root of the problems,and to formulate a suitable program for their own development.In the process of research,this paper focuses on six parts.The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad.The second part is the basic theory,focusing on introducing the basic theory of internal control and financial internal control,elaborating the relationship between them;the third part is the status quo of financial internal control of F enterprise,elaborating the basic situation of F enterprise and the status quo of financial internal control,introducing the relevant business operation status,internal organizational structure and financial internal control operation of F enterprise.The fourth part analyses the problems existing in F enterprise’s financial internal control,and finds out the root of the problems from inspection,evaluation,internal control and structure.The fifth part is to improve the internal control strategies,focusing on the internal environment,risk assessment,organizational structure,financial internal control activities,information exchange and feedback,supervision and inspection.The sixth part is the conclusion,putting forward the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.It is hoped that the research in this paper will have some reference significance for relevant enterprises.
