The toroidal coil is a special coil wound by a circular skeleton such as a magnetic ring.It is mainly used as a ring inductor,a communication coil and other components in various electronic devices such as networks,telecommunications,mobile devices and household appliances.In recent years,with the rapid development of electronic information technology and the advent of the 5G era,various electronic products have generated a large amount of noise pollution,while small magnetic ring fine wire coils are in the technical fields of anti-electromagnetic interference and high-frequency noise reduction.Applications are becoming more widespread and frequent.The ring winding machine is an electromechanical integration device for producing a toroidal coil.According to different winding methods,it can be divided into a crochet winding machine,a fully automatic micro magnetic winding machine,and a semi-automatic ring winding machine.At present,the introduction of high-automatic ring winding machines from abroad is expensive,and many parts are non-standard parts and custom parts.Once the fault repair process is complicated,most of the ring winding machines in the domestic market are semi-automatic types.And only the automatic winding,cable and other operations,such as wire hanging,winding wire,upper and lower magnetic ring,wire processing and other processes are completed by the operator.This promotes the production efficiency and production quality of the toroidal coil to be further improved,and the semi-automatic type of ring winding machine obviously cannot meet the market demand.Therefore,this paper designs and studies the fully automatic ring winding machine for small-diameter coils of small magnetic rings.Firstly,the production process of the toroidal coil is analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of the existing semi-automatic ring winding machine on the domestic market,the overall scheme of the fully automatic ring winding machine system is proposed from the project requirements,and its mechanical structure scheme is proposed.The specific design of the control system scheme is carried out,and the system scheme is analyzed,and two difficulties of the scheme are obtained.Secondly,detailed design and analysis of the storage ring structure are made.Firstly,by analyzing the transmission and opening and closing modes of the existing storage loop,the structural scheme of the broken-tooth storage loop is proposed.Then,after comparing several broken-tooth schemes,combined with the project process requirements,a broken-tooth structure is selected for modeling.Then,the finite element analysis of the designed storage ring and broken tooth model is carried out to verify the rationality of the structure.Finally,the tested storage ring is tested and further optimized.Then,the tension system in the production process of the toroidal coil is analyzed and studied.A tension control system with tension outer loop and speed double closed loop is proposed.Firstly,the tension of the loop winding and winding process is analyzed.Then the corresponding tension control scheme is proposed.Then the tension loop fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is designed,and then the AC servo speed double closed loop modeling is used,and the simulation curve is obtained by MATLAB simulation.Finally,the simulation results are analyzed.Finally,the entire control system is designed.Firstly,the system control function requirements are analyzed;then the design of the underlying driver is built;finally,the general framework of the monitoring management system and its functional module design are built.
