As a young type of composite bridge, with the rapid development of technology, the hybrid system arch bridge has been widely used in our country. In recent years, people have higher and higher requirements on the aesthetic effect of bridge landscape, and take the bridge as the name card of the city to enhance the visibility of the city.In this time background, butterfly arch bridge with unique and ingenious modeling emerges as the times require.Because the main ribs of the long-span butterfly arch bridge are inclined outwards and there is no transverse connection between them, the structure and stress of the butterfly arch bridge are far different from that of the regular arch bridge. In this paper, aiming at the dynamic performance and seismic response sensitivity of long-span butterfly arch bridge, based on the engineering background of a long-span butterfly arch bridge,MIDAS Civil finite element analysis software was used in the following aspects:1.According to the structure characteristics of long-span butterfly arch bridge, the simulation method of key parts is studied, and then the finite element model is esTablelished. The natural vibration frequency and corresponding vibration mode of butterfly arch bridge were calculated by the multi-ritz vector method, which can provide the basis of the seismic response analysis of the structure.2.The response spectrum analysis is calculated under the impact of longitudinal, transverse and vertical seismic load. The influences of the camber angle,rise-span ratio and the form of suspender arrangement on the seismic displacement response and the internal force response of the key sections of the butterfly arch bridge are studied respectively, which can provide reference for the optimization of similar bridge structures.3.The adjusted El-Centro seismic wave was used to analyze the time history of butterfly arch bridge. The effects of pile-soil effect and traveling wave effect on seismic displacement response and internal force response of key sections of butterfly arch bridge were investigated.
