Research Of The How Do Traditional Gardening Materials Apply In New Chinese Landscape

Recently,under the more and more severe trend of globalization and urbanization,Chinese traditional characteristics and culture have been gradually replaced by urbanization aesthetics,and the classical charm and traditional architectural features have gradually disappeared.Chinese traditional gardens are also gradually disappearing they cannot meet the requirements of modern functions.In the landscape,traditional materials such as stone,brick,wood are also replaced by new materials such as steel,concrete and glass.Under the current situation,how to use the traditional materials to create an iconic Chinese landscape,how to make the disappearing Chinese classical gardens become popular,how to inherit and carry forward the Chinese traditional culture,and how to make this unique Chinese landscape well-known among the world,are the main topics of this thesis.In this thesis,the research of how to apply traditional garden materials like stone,brick and wood in the new Chinese landscape is divided into two parts:theoretical description and case practice.Firstly,a research summarize of the traditional landscape materials in domestic and other countries is proposed,it defines the concepts of traditional landscape materials and new Chinese landscape and illustrates the characteristics and common landscape design methods.The relationship between traditional and new Chinese landscape materials is summarized while the advantages and limitations of traditional garden materials in new Chinese landscape are analyzed.At last,it concludes the classification and the characteristics of three typical traditional material in New Chinese Landscape design,which are stone,brick and wood.It summarizes and investigates the current situation of traditional garden materials in five typical Chinese cases,and sums up the principles of utilizing traditional garden materials stone brick and wood in the new Chinese landscape based on that.Their own application methods and expressions,as well as their combined expressions,are summarized.This paper analyzes how to inherit and innovate the application of traditional garden materials in the new Chinese landscape.Based on these thesis,the thesis takes the landscape of exhibition area of Xipai City in Chongqing as the case and shows the application of these three traditional garden materials in the new Chinese landscape.The application of traditional garden materials must follow the principles of ecology,nature and economy,the principle of functionality and the principle of paying attention to the humanistic characteristics and the spirit of the times.Inheriting the traditional landscaping techniques,transforming them into simplicity and bringing forth new ideas are the key points of the application of traditional landscaping materials,and the key to the construction of a new Chinese landscape that shows the spirit of the traditional culture and the times.Through the combination with traditional technology,modern technology and modern materials,the improvement of their own performance and the ecological application to achieve the purpose of bringing forth new ideas and creating aesthetic value.Meet the needs of people and the landscape of the spirit of the times at the same time as the cultural value,and promote the traditional garden materials.The development and application of.It is hoped that this thesis could provide theoretical guidance and methodology reference for the appliance of traditional garden materials in the future new Chinese landscape,and provide some help for promoting the traditional culture and improving the urban civilization through the application of traditional garden materials in the future.
