With the gradual depletion of traditional fossil fuels and the growing problem of environmental pollution,clean energy power generation technology has been vigorously developed,and a large number of distributed generators are introduced into the distribution network.In order to solve the impact of distributed generators grid-connected on the planning,protection and control of the distribution network,the active distribution network technology came into being.The active distribution network is different from the passive acceptance of the distributed generators by the traditional distribution network,which can actively control and actively manage the distributed generators.Using active distribution network reactive power optimization control,coordinating distributed generators output and equipment switching,can effectively reduce network active power loss and improve power quality,thus ensuring the safety,stability and economy of the distribution network.This paper mainly studies the intelligent optimization algorithm applied to reactive power optimization of active distribution network.Firstly,the mathematical model of reactive power optimization for active distribution network with minimum active power loss,minimum node voltage deviation and highest system minimum node voltage is established.Secondly,three intelligent optimization algorithms are applied to the active distribution network reactive power optimization model:(1)The cell membrane optimization algorithm was applied to the active distribution network reactive power optimization model,and the feasibility is verified using a standard IEEE 33 node system.(2)For the problem that the social spider optimization algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum and low discovery rate,the chaotic algorithm is introduced to generate the initial population,and the chaotic search is performed on the excellent spider individuals to improve the optimization ability of the algorithm.The improved social spider optimization is applied to the active distribution network reactive power optimization model.(3)Introducing the concentration division mechanism of cell membrane optimization algorithm and logistic chaotic map to improve the whale optimization algorithm,improve the search speed and accuracy of whale optimization algorithm,and apply the improved hybrid whale optimizationalgorithm to the reactive power optimization mathematical model of active distribution network.Finally,the reactive power optimization schemes of the three algorithms are compared.The reactive power optimization scheme given by the hybrid whale optimization algorithm is superior to the other two algorithms in reducing active power loss and improving power quality.
