With the development of industrial manufacturing,the processing of single or similar products under the condition of production automation cannot satisfy the demands of people,so the requirements of flexible production of products are higher and higher.In order to satisfy the flexible production of products,the whole production line need have higher equipment utilization rate,relatively stable production capacity,strong product strain capacity and flexible production line operation mechanism.So a strong integrated control unit is required to satisfy the flexible production of the production line in the flexible manufacturing process.This paper discusses the related background of the flexible manufacturing system,domestic and foreign research present situation and existing problems,the research object is based on the workshop flexible production line of a CNC manufacturing enterprise,according to production tasks,process flow,production process analysis,combining with the enterprise existing information system,establishing the information model of production operation and process flow in the control system and the overall architecture,building a flexible integration unit control system named ICC based on CNC production workshop.ICC has seven modules,these are production task management,production preparation management,process control,the upload and download of programs,quality management,statistical analysis and system management.According to the scheduling model of single AGV deal with multiple transport request,this paper analyzes the dispatching mechanism of AGV in the workshop and establishes the mathematical model of AGV's shop scheduling,after that using genetic algorithm,proposing the AGV scheduling strategy based on multiple transport priorities,and verifying the feasibility of this method,so that it could solve the transport operation of single AGV in the workshop.In addition,this paper also introduces the advance formulation of machining process and timetable,tool inspection and treatment before machining,visual monitoring of machining process and the collection,statistics and analysis of workshop data in this system.Based on the actual demand of an electromechanical manufacturing enterprise,this paper provides a set of solutions for the production control of the workshop under the premise of ensuring flexible production of the workshop.Comparing with the traditional multi-level distributed flexible manufacturing system,ICC integrates the multi-level control,carries out workshop production monitoring through a single PC,integrates the information flow and material flow of all units,and directly controls the machining process of CNC.Finally,this control system has been applied in the actual production of the enterprise,which not only improves the flexibility of production line,but also ensures the work efficiency of the workshop,making the workshop production more intelligent and achieving a good result in enterprise production.
