| With the development of the construction industry,the tilting of buildings is a common engineering problem.Horizontal soil excavation technology as a kind of common method of rectifying inclination in many engineering has achieved good results.But the current soil remedy pour research lagging behind the engineering application of related theory,leading to many rectifying engineering could only control the structure of the remedy through previous engineering experience and a large number of monitoring data.The relevant remedy engineering tends to have stronger empirical and uncertainty.Based on the tilting correction and reinforcement project of an inclined 26-storey residential building in Shanxi Province.MIDAS GTS NX finite element analysis software was used to study and analyze the effect of horizontal cutting and tilting correction under different influencing factors.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Soil mechanics,elastoplastic mechanics and other mechanical principles have been used to research the deformation law of the hole and the foundation soil after cutting into the hole,the change law of base pressure and the plastic zone range of the soil around the hole were studied.(2)According to the result of the finite element analysis for different soil hole design parameters(soil hole size,hole distance,length),formation parameters(elastic modulus of soil stratum,cohesive force,internal friction Angle)and the upper structure load of horizontal soil rectify leaning on quantitative analysis of the effect of other factors in the same premise.By changing the value of one of the factors of soil pore forming after the building settlement and basal pressure change,the law of the effect of various factors on the effect of rectifying inclination is summed up.(3)In combination with the actual project,under the premise of the same cut hole diameter,depth and unearthed amount,the rectification effect under several working conditions of fan-shaped cut hole and parallel straight hole with equal spacing was compared and analyzed.Through the collection and analysis of the settlement monitoring data and inclination of the residential buildings under each construction stage in the actual tilting rectification project,the measured settlement amount of the buildings during each round of digging is analyzed and compared with the numerical simulation results.The numerical simulation results are close to the measured settlement trend of the buildings.(4)The theoretical excavations and the actual excavations when the expected settlement is reached are compared.The relationship between the excavations and the settlement change in the digging process is studied to summarize the relationship between the excavations and the settlement change. |
