| Security,reliability and high quality of power are required when power grid provides consumers with power.Distribution network is the sole part that directly connects to power consumers,whose construction and operation can affect the quality of electricity.The key of distribution network reconfiguration is to find the optimal switch combination and change the topology of distribution network to ensure that the distribution network is at the optimal operation state.With the development of society and economy,an increasing number of distributed generations(DG)and electric vehicles(EV)are connected to the power grid.The uncertainty and dispersity of output power of DGs and charging load of EVs bring challenges to distribution network reconfiguration Considering the effects of EVs and DGs,this paper conducts the following research on distribution network reconfiguration:Firstly,an improved Wolf Pack Algorithm(WPA)is proposed to solve distribution network reconfiguration.The core concept of Particle Swarm Optimization,called “information sharing”,is introduced to the standard WPA to enhance information sharing among wolves in the process of hunting prey.At the same time,adaptive step size is introduced so that each artificial wolf can move at an adaptive step size.The proposed algorithm is used to solve the distribution network reconfiguration with DGs and without DGs respectively.Case study shows that the optimal solutions can be found in both cases,and the improved algorithm presents a better convergence performance.Then,for the time-varying characteristic of DGs and EVs,this paper conducts research on distribution network dynamic reconfiguration.Considering implementation of time-of-use power price in power grid and the development of Vehicle to Grid(V2G),a leader-follower game model is established,in which the grid is the leader of the game,the EV is the follower,and the Nash equilibrium is obtained where the time-of-use power price strategy and charging-discharging strategy are satisfying for both sides.Next,comprehensive load in a day can be calculated by adding the power curve of EV and DG to that of conventional load,and timing of reconfiguration can be obtained according to the time-of-use power price.Case study shows that with the proper arrangement of EV charging and discharging,the electricity cost of EV,the deviation of peak load and valley load,the power loss and cost of distribution network distribution can be reduced. |
