Under the background of "one belt and one road",the development of the Central Asian market is of great significance for Chinese enterprises to move towards the wo rld.Company A is also following the trend,actively exploring the international market and has made some achievements.It has two subsidiaries,International Trade Corporatio n and China-Africa Heavy Industries,which are mainly engaged in import and export trade.In Central Asia,different development strategies are adopted for different countries.In Eastern Europe,Company A in cooperation with the Minsk Tractor Factory,establ ished a technology research and development center and acquired a French company.T his paper based on the background of "one belt and one road" and taking the internat ionalization strategy of the Central Asian market of company A as the research directi on,comprehensively analyzes the technological,political,economic and social environm ent of the five Central Asian countries through the PEST macro environment research method,and by using Potter’s five forces model analysis method comprehensively anal yzes the industry environment faced by enterprises,entering threats,replacing threats,suppliers and Customer’s price negotiation level,existing competitors,etc.Through a c omprehensive analysis of the macro and micro environment,this paper provides a refe rence for Company A to enter the Central Asian market.This paper consists of six p arts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of this paper,the purpose and significance of the study,research methods and content,literature review.The second part is related theory,which introduces the type,motivation,meaning and mode of internationalization strategy.The third part analyses the current situation of company A’s operation in the Central Asian market,and the general situation of company A from the aspects of human resources,operation status and products.This paper also analyses the current situation of the internationalization of company A and its operation in Central Asia,and points out the problems existing in the internationalization of company A.The fourth part is the macro-environment analysis of company A in Central Asian market,which includes political environment,economic environment,social environment and technological environment.The fifth part is the analysis of the Central Asian market environment of Company A.Using the five-force model,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the Central Asian market from entry threat,substitution threat,customer negotiation ability,supplier negotiation ability and competition of existing competitors of Company A.The sixth part is selection and implementation guarantee of the internationalization strategy of the Central Asian market of Company A,analysis of the alternative strategic models,put forward specific strategies for the development of the five Central Asian markets of Company A,and put forward safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of these strategies.In recent years,with the recovery of Central Asian economy,the demand of agricultural machinery market is booming,but the aging degree of local agricultural machinery is serious,and the production speed of agricultural machinery can not keep up with the demand of the market.In addition,the five Central Asian countries are all agricultural countries,similar to China’s situation,which provides a congenital advantage for Company A to enter the Central Asian market.Although company A has made some achievements in the process of internationalization,there are still some shortcomings.The market share is still not high,mainly export-oriented,the scale of foreign joint ventures and cooperation is small,and the quality of overseas investment and cooperation enterprises is not high.Based on the comprehensive analysis of Company A and the Central Asian market,this paper puts forward different strategies for the internationalization of the five Central Asian countries,and puts forward safeguard measures from the aspects of human resources,financial management,after-sales security,risk prevention and control,and cross-cultural management.In order to improve the internationalization level of Company A in the Central Asian market.
